Job responsibilities
- Prepare, compile and record a company’s assets, liabilities, incomes and expenses account entries according to verified documents.
- Review account entries and analyse financial information.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
- Secure financial information by completing data base backups.
- Update and finalisation of clients' management/financial accounts
- Update client on all relevant submission before due date such as audit, tax submission, SST submission and etc.
- Plan schedule and timetable to complete tasks assigned and to meet all submission deadlines.
- Hold a degree in accounting and finance and/or professional qualification like ACCA or its equivalent for Account Associate.
- Pursuing a degree in accounting and finance and/or professional qualification like ACCA or its equivalent for Account Interns.
- Familiar with accounting software such as SQL, Autocount, Xero, Bukku and etc. Knowledge of spreadsheets and database software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with people.
- Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to travel to clients' premises when necessary.
- Enthusiastic in learning.

- Prepare and review tax computations, tax returns and related tax submissions for individuals, partnerships and companies.
- Assist in handling tax compliance matters and ensure timely submission of tax returns.
- Liaise with clients and relevant authorities on tax-related matters.
- Assist in preparing responses and supporting documents for tax queries, audits and investigations.
- Conduct research and analysis on tax issues and regulations.
- Update clients on all relevant tax submissions and deadlines.
- Plan schedule and timetable to complete tasks assigned and to meet all submission deadlines.
Job requirements

Corporate Secretarial Senior Manager
Corporate Secretarial Senior Manager
- Undertake corporate secretarial work for PLCs and Sdn Bhds.

Manage the corporate secretarial department in all aspects of company secretarial functions inclusive of:
- Review resolutions and documents, and monitor compliance with submission deadlines.
- Advise and guide clients on policies, processes, and statutory issues.
- Liaise with Companies Commission of Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission, and other relevant authorities regarding company secretarial matters and regulatory updates.
- Maintain and update statutory books and records in compliance with the Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia’s Listing Requirements, and other regulatory requirements.
- Attend Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings, Extraordinary General Meetings, and prepare meeting notices, agendas, and minutes.
- Update and maintain relevant statutory records and documents.
- Handle new business registration, licensing, work permit applications, restructuring, and liquidation of companies.
- Act as named CoSec for PLCs.
- Fully accountable for client servicing and relationship building with the assigned portfolio of companies.
- Fee billing and collection / revenue KPI.
- Participate in events, seminars and conferences and develop and win business opportunities with potential clients.
- Any other tasks/project assigned by your superior and management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant company secretarial experience in commercial companies or medium to large secretarial service providers (strongly preferred).
- ICSA or Degree / Diploma in relevant disciplines such as Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or related fields.
- MAICSA / MACS membership is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Listing Requirements, Companies Act, Capital Market & Securities Act, and other statutory requirements, securities, or business rules related to corporate secretarial functions.
- Experience in providing services to private limited and public-listed companies, including multinational companies, regional offices, and branch offices.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong command of English language and business writing skills.
- Proven proficiency in minutes writing.
- Able to work independently with strong integrity and trust.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and secretarial software.
