Nicole graduated from University of Liverpool, United Kingdom with a First Class Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance. She is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales (“ICAEW”). She is also a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (“MIA”) and a MIA practising certificate holder.
She began her career as an auditor specialising in Financial Services. She has four years of auditing and assurance experience with Ernst & Young (“EY”). During her time with EY, she was involved in the audits of some of the largest banks in Malaysia. She is the co-founder of Accoris Consulting providing accounting and consultancy services to public listed and private limited companies in Malaysia.

According to section 245 of Companies Act 2016 and section 82 of Income Tax Act 1967,
a company shall keep proper accounting and records and accounting records is to be
retained for 7 years after the completion of the transactions to which they relate by the
company.
In Malaysia, only members of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”) are permitted
to practise as accountants. A member of MIA accords the designation of Chartered
Accountant Malaysia or C.A.(M). They are governed by the Act, the Rules and the By-
Laws (on Professional Conduct and Ethics) of the MIA.
