She obtained her professional secretarial degree from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (United Kingdom) in 1993 and was admitted as an Associate Member of the Malaysian Association of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) in 1995. She is currently a Fellow Member of the MAICSA and a Chartered Governance Professional.

She has more than 25 years of experience in corporate secretarial and advisory work as well investor relation activities. During the course of her career, she has been involved in various IPO exercises, corporate deals, fund raising and merger and acquisition activities.
